The Challenge
Shulware is the leading provider of software and payment solutions to Jewish congregations and non-profits. The result of the merger of four competing products, Shulware’s unique challenge was to rebrand itself as a single vendor to its clients, who comprise the overwhelming majority of the synagogue market. Kinetik partnered with Shulware’s executive team to devise a strategic plan to build a new brand and company website as well as modernize the websites they build and host for their clients.
The goal was to cater to the needs of the merged companies with regard to their custom website projects, while the challenge was to work with their demanding clientele to transition from outdated website designs with poor user experience to more contemporary website designs with optimal user experiences.
After building a scope of work and proposal with the Shulware team, Kinetik Agency was hired to provide mobile-responsive website design and development, UX & UI design services, as well as dedicated, direct support for their acquired client portfolio.
